The underlayment is the roof
Terracotta barrel tile is a Gulf Coast classic — beautiful, fireproof, and capable of 50+ years when the underlayment beneath it is done right.
Tile sheds most of the water; the membrane beneath catches the rest. We build that layer like it's the primary roof — because it is.
We source and blend replacement tile so a repair doesn't read as a patch from the street.

Spanish Tile Roofing — Common Questions
Why is my tile roof leaking if no tiles are broken?
+
Almost always the underlayment has aged out. Tiles can outlive two or three underlayment cycles — re-laying tile over new membrane is a common and cost-effective fix.
